Cast Iron Seasoning Balm
A natural tallow-based balm that conditions, protects, and seasons cast iron. Helps prevent rust, improve nonstick performance, and extend the life of your cookware with just a thin, easy-to-apply layer.
How to use:

โ What It Does
Your balm helps:
Protect cast iron from rust
Build and maintain a nonstick surface
Restore dull or dry pans
๐ฅ Quick Everyday Use (After Cooking)
Clean your pan
Rinse with warm water
Use a brush or scraper if needed
Avoid soaking
Dry completely
Towel dry
Then place on low heat for 1โ2 minutes to remove moisture
Apply the balm
While the pan is still warm (not hot), take a pea-sized amount
Rub a very thin layer over the entire surface (inside, outside, handle)
Buff it in
Use a cloth or paper towel to wipe off excess
The pan should look satin, not greasy
Heat to set
Place on medium-low heat for 2โ3 minutes
Let cool and store
๐ฅ Deep Seasoning (Occasional Boost)
Use this when:
The pan looks dull
Food starts sticking
After heavy cleaning
Preheat oven to 400โ450°F
Apply a very thin layer of balm to the entire pan
Wipe off excess thoroughly
Place upside down in oven (with foil below)
Bake for 1 hour
Turn off oven and let cool inside
Repeat 1โ2 times if needed.
